*Upon commissioning me you are stating that you have agreed to have read and understood TOS————————————————-Payment is done UPFRONT via Paypal Invoice before I start any work. 50/50 payment is negotiable Other transactional/payment methods will be rejected unless otherwise stated (View pricing details)-Client must provide atleast one clear reference image and/or google document, toyhouse, or similar variant of desired character, keep in mind NSFW references are forbidden Optionally, please state out any important information and/or design aspects I may need to know in-order to draw said character correctly-As the artist, I may take artistic liberty regarding design, color palette, expression, or posing of choice into stylistic preference if client has not specified details-I will send a sketch of your character for revision upon payment. Any major changes and edits are to be done during this stage such as alteration of posing, body shape, etc. Additionally, client may also make changes towards the color of a character during the flat color process. Charges may apply if said color change is to be made during rendering phase or appear to be extremely different in comparison to client’s original reference-If any changes are to be requested by the client after the sketch has been approved, additional charges may be applicable. (~5-15$) However if I have made any errors regarding design, accessories, or any visual elements that was specified beforehand, I will make no additional charges to edit the piece-If the commission is cancelled by me, as the artist or the client before I have sent any sort of progress, I will issue a full refund towards the client-I reserve the rights to cancel/reject a commission at anytime, for any reason, and without explanation-If the client cancels a commission after the sketch has already been sent,(Depending on type of commission) the following amount will be refunded based on art progression below:After Sketch: 80-50% Completed flat color: 50-0% Shading-Rendering: 0%-Client is strictly prohibited from disputing any chargeback fees towards the artist and must adhere to any information given-Client is eligible to post their commissioned art anywhere but must explicitly include proper credits towards me e.g. art by (@)moxivix on (social media)Creating alterations towards my art in any way without asking for permission is not allowed. Exceptions may include resizing/cropping artwork as an icon or other use, please ask beforehand if unsure-Any art that originates from me must NOT be used for commercial work, AI learning/generators, tokens such as NFTS (Non-fungible token) nor said to be claimed as your art-Any artwork that is commissioned from me must ONLY be intended for noncommercial/personal use only Redistribution of printed merchandise, promotion of goods, services, etc. is strictly prohibited-As the artist, I am allowed to showcase and post your commissioned artwork as service, example, and other purposes. Otherwise, a privacy fee is applicable and must be discussed beforehand-The average turnaround time for a singular piece may scale up to ~1.5 month maximum with good communication. TAT depends on the type and complexity of a piece. Maximum TAT is not guaranteed to be achievable if a client’s piece exceeds the usual complexity and as exception or I, as the artist is met with any external difficulty outside of work that may delay the process-The following commission procedure may appear like this:Discuss details -> Commission agreement on both parties -> Invoice payment -> Sketch revision -> Flat color progress -> Completed piece*Failure to abide TOS will result in getting blocked, reported, and personally blacklisted from any future commissions/contact. . *
I CAN DO …-Anthropomorphic characters/feral creatures-Any species such as felines, canines, birds, reptiles, insects, hybrids, mythical species, and so on-Legal OC pairings/couple art (Excluding non-canon fictional ships)-Fanart-Fursonification of humanoid characters-Artistic nudity/Use of symbolism (Represents poetic expression or idea and must adhere to what I can/cannot do)-Stylized mech such as robotic, mechanical features, animatronics, etc.-Stylized pets portraits-Sketch doodles, shitposts, meme redraws, satire art in general (May charge cheaper)
I CANNOT DO …-Any form of NSFW implication; Including kinks, fetishes, suggestive/sexual themes, etc.-Humanoid or human-like characters; This includes centaurs/minotaurs, elves, gnomes etc.-Overly complex characters that I cannot draw within my skill range (Rare case)-Scenic/complicated backgrounds-Any mimics of another style, artist's and/or corporate's artstyle (e.g. Disney style, Pokémon style, realism)-Proships, illegal pairings-Sensitive topics promoting/implying SA, self-harm, etc.-Religious, political, controversial, harmful imagery-Vent art-Any other miscellaneous that I cannot do due to a number of factors.
